Water and fertilize papyrus properly

During the period of growth and flowering, you should fertilize your papyrus regularly, about every three to four weeks. If you have planted the papyrus freshly in compost soil, it will not need any additional fertilizer for a while. As a swamp plant, it is very thirsty and likes to stay wet all the time.
