Seeing camellias in full bloom in your own garden is not that easy. Because these plants are easy to care for, have high demands on their location and are quite sensitive to a wide variety of disruptive factors.

The premature shedding of buds and/or flowers can have several different reasons. Some of these are related to location while others are related to care. The camellia tolerates neither warm heating air nor low humidity. It is therefore extremely unsuitable as a plant for your living room. A lack of water and a change of location during or after bud formation are also possible causes.
Possible reasons for falling flowers:
- Lack of water due to low humidity or incorrect watering
- too warm heating air
- Change of location after bud formation
tips
If the first flowers fall off, react immediately. Maybe you can still save the bloom for the current season.
