The beets have a development time of about three months. This means that if you sow beets at the end of May, you can harvest them at the end of August, if you sow them at the end of June, the harvest time will be postponed to the end of September.

Where to sow beetroot?

The beetroot is one of the medium eaters, which means that it is happy about a fertilizer application with compost and is planted according to the crop rotation after heavy eaters.
How to sow beetroot
Like most vegetables, the beetroot is a dark germinator, which means that its seeds must be covered with soil. Proceed as follows when sowing:
