Prepare lemon slices

First wash the lemons clean and then dry them. Then use a sharp knife to cut off slices about 0.5 cm thick. The slices should be as even as possible.

Drying on a warm heater

Drying in the oven

At 90 degrees in the oven, lemons can lose a lot of moisture within a few hours. The door should remain open a crack so that she can desecrate. Spread the slices out on parchment paper and turn them several times while they dry.

Stop the drying process when the lemon slices are no longer soft and the skins look leathery.
