Therefore, make sure that climbing plants with a heavy plant mass such as climbing roses or wisteria can climb on a sufficiently stable climbing aid. Otherwise, it can be very complicated and aesthetically demanding to subsequently support a climbing plant that is several meters high with a makeshift structure. Bear in mind that the selected construction and its material must also cushion vibrations and lateral forces caused by gusts of wind.
