In principle, container goods can of course be planted during the entire growth period, after all the roots are sufficiently developed and the plant can immediately "take hold" in its new location. However, the Japanese Japanese maple (Acer palmatum) is one of the very slow-growing trees and therefore needs time until it develops new roots and has really become at home. Therefore, this plant should be planted in spring or early summer in order to be able to take root properly before the winter break.
