When lawn problems occur, you should mow as often as possible. But make sure that the culms remain at least two to three centimeters long, otherwise they cannot recover.

By mowing, you keep weeds down, which prevent them from blooming and seeding. At the same time, the lawn becomes nice and dense and does not allow root weeds to breathe.

Bald, yellow, or brown patches

Bare spots in the lawn are usually caused by heavy use or a lack of nutrients. Loosen the spot and ensure that missing nutrients are added to the soil. Then sow some grass seed.

Yellow and brown spots are caused by dog urine or overfeeding. Pour water over affected areas to dilute the concentration of pollutants.

Red spatter is a sign of too much nitrogen in the soil. Fertilizing and moderate sprinkling help against this lawn problem.
