Different species bloom at different times

Depending on the species, cyclamen bloom between July and April. In the other months they have their rest period. Here are the most important species with their flowering time:

  • Early Spring Cyclamen: February/March to April
  • Summer cyclamen: July/August to September
  • Autumn Cyclamen: October to February
  • Indoor cyclamen: October to April

Water more during flowering and cool down

Cyclamen should be watered abundantly when they are in bloom. But not too much of a good thing! It is also advisable to place the specimens in pots in a cool place in the house. The flowers last longer there.
