When is iceberg lettuce harvested?
Depending on the variety, iceberg lettuce is ready to harvest two to three months after sowing. Since it is usually planted out in March/April, it can therefore be harvested from around July. However, later sowing is also possible, so that you can harvest iceberg lettuce well into the autumn.
