The dandelion has a long growing season. It often sprout as early as March and can be found here and there until autumn. Here is the perfect collection time for its plant parts:

  • Leaves: April to May
  • Flowers: April to June (main flowering), August to September (secondary flowering)
  • Seeds: May to June, September
  • Roots: early fall or spring

If necessary, you can also harvest the dandelion in autumn. Note, however, that the older leaves are less palatable and more bitter!
