Which location does the stonecrop like?
The hardy Alyssum prefers to grow in a sunny spot. If it gets between 4 and 6 hours of sun a day, it's almost perfectly happy.
If necessary, it can also be planted in partial shade. Don't plant it in the shade. There it forms hardly any flowers and a scent is not perceptible.
Where can stone herb be used?
You can use the stone herb in many locations because it takes up little space. Good uses include:

How and when is the alyssum sown?
From March you can sow the stonecrop at home. It can be sown outside from April. Remember that earlier sowing is not recommended. The young plants are extremely sensitive to frost.
Seeds are lightly covered with soil and kept moist. They germinate best at temperatures between 15 and 18 °C. After the ice saints, you can move the hopefully well cared for young plants outside if you have moved them.
