False jasmine or mock orange is hardy and needs no special overwintering. You should only overwinter freshly planted and young shrubs with a little more protection. How to get mock orange over the winter.

False jasmine tolerates sub-zero temperatures
The false jasmine - not to be confused with the not hardy real jasmine - is native to Central Europe and hardy. For older shrubs, no overwintering measures are necessary.
Young plants need some time until their roots penetrate deep enough into the soil. You should therefore overwinter freshly planted false jasmine under a mulch cover in the first winter.
The mulch layer can consist of compost, leaves, lawn clippings or straw. It ensures that the soil does not dry out and prevents the cold from damaging the roots too much.
tips
Since the false jasmine loses all its leaves in autumn, frost damage is hardly worth mentioning, even in severe cold. Should shoots freeze, simply cut them off in spring.
