If you provide the diptam with a location that mimics its natural occurrence, this plant needs little care. So: where does the diptam originally grow and what are the site requirements?

Light, warm and dry
The diptam grows on dry meadows, on heathland, on stony areas, on the edges of trees and between bushes. As a result, it can handle dry locations excellently. The floor should have the following characteristics:
- profound
- calcareous
- well drained
- moderately nutritious
- humorous
- dry
The diptam should be planted in a warm and sheltered location. A sunny location is ideal, for example on the house wall, on a wall or between bushes or a hedge. The penumbra forms the tolerance zone of the diptam. Shaded places should not be an option under any circumstances.
tips
Although the diptam is a heat-requiring plant, it needs a long-lasting cool period during sowing.
