The first flowers of the chanterelle tree open in May or June, depending on the variety. The shrub keeps producing new flowers until mid or late July.
The white flowers can be filled or unfilled depending on the variety. They grow to several centimeters in size and are particularly decorative thanks to the yellow stamens.
However, the prerequisite is that you only cut the chanterelle very carefully, if at all. If you cut back too much, remove the flower-bearing branches that form on the main shoots.

Not every chanterelle tree develops sweet-smelling flowers. If you want to care for a false jasmine that exudes the typical scent, you should do a scent test with the gardener before you buy it. You can also propagate such varieties from cuttings.
