You can enjoy healthy, tasty leeks all year round. A prerequisite is a cleverly thought-out planting plan that takes into account the different summer and winter varieties.

- Planting in December or January gives an early harvest from March to June
- Summer varieties planted in March and April are harvested from August to October/November
- hardy leeks are planted in May to be harvested from January
To start the season as early as possible, we recommend sowing behind glass. The resulting young plants go into the bed with a significant growth advantage. Depending on the variety, frost sowing is possible, but not recommended given the risks.
