Lindau is located on a peninsula that extends into Lake Constance. Despite the limited area of only 70 hectares, there are numerous green retreats directly overlooking the water. This fact and the carefully selected exhibitors make the annual Garden Days one of the top events in the Lake Constance district.

Lindau alone is worth a trip

The main topic in 2022 is: perennials - the heart of the garden

Garden fair with holiday flair

Due to the location directly on the shore of Lake Constance, with a view of the still snow-covered Alpine peaks, the visitor is offered an ambience that stands out pleasantly from similar events. The focus of the event concept is the variety of plants as well as horticultural design, useful garden accessories and garden furniture. Handicraft accessories of a high standard complete the offer. Of course, topics such as natural fashion and wellness are not neglected. With culinary delicacies, accompanied by musical acts and artistic performances, you can let the unique atmosphere work its magic on you.

The approximately 130 exhibitors include well-known horticultural companies, which have the most beautiful perennials in their luggage. Experts are on hand to advise you on planting and care. The flowering perennials that are the focus this year are the subject of various high-ranking expert lectures that take place in the powder tower and in the lecture tent. Other topics are, for example, diseases and pests in boxwood, edible weeds, perennial care throughout the year or environmentally friendly plant protection.

Our tip: The historic old town of Lindau with its magnificent houses, romantic streets and small green areas is also worth a visit. Here you can let the impressions of the garden fair have an effect and relax in one of the numerous cafés and restaurants with a view of Lake Constance.
