With many varieties of the Dipladenia Mandevilla you can admire the first flowers as early as April, and by May at the latest they will be in full bloom. And that will stay with you until well into autumn.

The flower color varies from white to pink to a deep red. Newer varieties also flower in yellow. However, a prerequisite for lush flowering is that you fertilize your Dipladenia regularly and overwinter the non-hardy plant in a suitable winter quarters. You should also water the Dipladenia sufficiently, preferably moderately and regularly.
The essentials in brief:
- Flowering time: April to late autumn
- Flower color: white, pink, red, with newer breeds also yellow
- fertilize regularly and water moderately
tips
Even if your Dipladenia is still blooming beautifully, you should bring the plant to its winter quarters in good time so that it does not die. Temperatures below 8 °C do not do it particularly well.
