Waterlogging must be avoided at all costs. The plant roots then rot and the plant dies.
The clumps of the non-poisonous plant get bigger and bigger over the years. They should therefore be divided every three to four years.

Gemswurz works best if you plant the plant in groups. They make good ground cover during spring. The planting distance should be between 30 and 40 centimeters.
