The flowering period of white clover begins at the beginning of summer in June. New white inflorescences continue to develop until August.
During flowering, the flowers give off a very sweet scent. As a result, white clover attracts many insects. Bees especially appreciate the nectar. White clover is therefore a good pasture for bees.
Harvest white clover
During the flowering period, not only the leaves but also the flowers of the white clover are harvested. They serve as an edible decoration and can also be pickled.
