The most common pests include:

Recognize and treat aphids on frangipani

Aphids are present almost all year round. They are easy to spot because they are on the leaves. If ant trails lead to a tub of frangipani, be sure to check for aphids.

Spray the plant with a strong jet of water to rinse off the aphids. Spray them with soapy water or use natural predators like lacewings and ladybugs.

How to identify and control thrips

Thrips feed on tunnels in the trunk of the frangipani. They can seriously damage the plant and must therefore be combated. You can recognize the infestation by the winged pests on the underside of the leaves and the tunnels in the trunk.
