The heyday of Calathea warscewiczii
Calathea warscewiczii flowers in June. With good care, the houseplant blooms until August. When the flowers have faded, you should cut them off right at the base.
If you want to harvest seeds for propagation, you have to pollinate the flowers yourself with a brush.
In order for a flower to develop, the humidity in the room must be high enough. It must not fall below 80 percent. The Korbmarante does not get direct sun.
