Especially when it comes to perennials and their diverse appearance, this beautiful late summer sea of flowers, which accompanies us through the classic tidying up time in the garden, is particularly highly valued. The daylily or Hemerocallis from the grass tree family received the greatest attention in August. It was voted "Perennial of the Year 2022" by the Association of German Perennial Gardeners and is also very popular among allotment gardeners.
