What to do if the yucca palm does not grow?
If your yucca is not growing but otherwise appears healthy, then the lack of growth could be traced to these causes:
- The yucca is in a pot that is too small.
- The yucca is not sufficiently fertilized.
- The yucca is too dark.
Your yucca will probably also grow vigorously soon as soon as you have rectified the problems mentioned.
Stop Yucca Palm Growth
However, as soon as the yucca has reached a certain size and maybe even touches the ceiling, only a sharp knife will help. However, you can ensure in advance that the plant does not shoot up too quickly. Simply fertilize them less - just enough so that malnutrition does not occur.
