In their natural locations, wild oleanders can reach heights of up to six meters and more. Such a size is not possible in a pot culture - the dimensions of each pot, no matter how large, are too small for that - but here, too, the quite vigorous shrubs can reach two or even three meters in height.

However, how pronounced the growth of the oleander actually is depends essentially on two factors. On the one hand, not all varieties grow at the same rate, because even among the oleanders there are dwarf specimens as well as some that you can literally watch growing. The second factor is care: Oleanders need a lot of water, need to be fertilized regularly and repotted and cut back once a year. By pruning, you stimulate new shoots and thus the growth of the plant.
